If Heaven hadn’t pulled me out of the Jehovah’s Witnesses denomination of Christianity, I would have still been a slave to dogmatic religion. Many of the JW’s I grew up with left the organization but returned when they got the world out of their system. I’m grateful for my Jehovah’s Witness upbringing because it prepared me for my spiritual path. But reaching a certain state of illumination and learning the Truth will prevent me from returning to the JW’s.
BIBLE TRAINED BUT GUIDED BY ANGELS:
Part of practicing Jehovah’s Witness’s religious curriculum is a rigorous and disciplined study of the Bible, making them Bible experts, even JW children. By age five, I was knocking on doors with my parents, presenting Watchtowers and Awakes. By the age of ten, I had read the Bible four times, and by the age of twelve, I had given my first talk. Thirteen is the usual age when male children are permitted to talk before the congregations. The elders felt I was such a fine and zealous young man, so they granted me the privilege of speaking before the congregation early. My disfellowshipping shocked and hurt many Witnesses I knew.
Unfortunately, congregation elders made a mistake in disfellowshipping me, and Heaven capitalized upon that irresponsible technicality. The elders entrusted my hateful, wicked ex-wife to relay the time of my committee meeting with the elders. My ex was a Baptist, yet the elders chose to disfellowship me, a Witness of 21 years, instead of discovering the truth. If Jehovah’s angels had been with those elders, they would have known the truth. However, my ex-wife eagerly rushed to tell me about my disfellowshipped status. I was beyond hurt but didn’t blame the elders because the blame lay on my scorned and vindictive ex. However, somehow, I understood that a new path was opening.

NINJUTSU: My First Gateway to Spirituality
When I was fifteen, I became terrified of the gangs that had taken over Columbus, Ohio. Shootouts at White Castle and nightclub killings pushed me to find a way to protect myself and my family if needed. In addition, Jehovah’s Witnesses frowned upon Marital Arts. Still, something was compelling me.
One Saturday, my mother took our family to the public library. Scanning the martial arts section, a Ninjutsu book immediately drew my attention. The Art of the Invisible Warrior instantly captivated my focus and imagination. The Art of the Invisible Warrior author introduced the concept of sensing the elements and adjusting your posture and mindset to your enemy’s intention. I felt I had found exactly what I needed. I delved more deeply into my spiritual Ninjutsu introduction in another presentation.
I believed the Ninja spiritual practices would unlock supernatural power.
THE CATALYST-COMPELLED SWITCH FROM RELIGION TO SPIRITUALITY:
I used to be a sucker for love, and most of the females I dated took advantage of that. I began dating an Irish-American female. At the time, I didn’t know I was 53% Irish. Some of the spiritual things I underwent with that female would have made perfect sense if I had known the spiritual power between two Celts. Now, I believe in what some call the ‘luck and ‘magic of the Celtic Irish.
One night we were having sex, and my ex asked me for a girl. My ex became pregnant that night, and six months later, we found out it was a girl. Flirty, unfaithful, partying Sagittarius described my daughter’s mother. My Sagittarian ex-girlfriend had been playing mind games during our brief relationship. But after the baby was born, my daughter’s mother began using our child to toy with my heart and mind. Unfortunately for me, that Irish magic had kicked in negatively, and I could feel it but couldn’t control it.
My ex would go to nightclubs, flirt, and dance, then call me later and use me as a human sex toy. Sometimes, I felt like I was going crazy because I could feel my ex’s unfaithfulness. On many occasions, I walked from one side of Columbus to the other in a dazed stupor to see my girlfriend and daughter. I had no control over myself.
Self-help books began breaking the chains of religious indoctrinated fear.
HOW TO BE A NO-LIMIT PERSON: Liberation Begins
One spring day, I decided that I needed to break my daughter’s mother’s hold over me. I never felt in control of myself with my daughter’s mother, and I hated that! So, I went to a second-hand bookstore and was drawn to a tattered old book cover, ‘How to Be a No-Limit Person’ by Dr. Wayne Dyer. I lived at the YMCA in downtown Columbus, Ohio, without friends or family support. I was all alone.
Once I returned to my room, I started reading the book and finished it in two days. When I began reading How to Be a No-Limit Person, I felt my ex-girlfriend’s hold loosen. The spiritual topics Dyer spoke about excited me because they coincided with the spiritual Ninjutsu practices I began studying at 15.
I knew that the Ninja was more than some mythological technical assassin, and Wayne Dyer’s book validated that belief. Spiritual powers were possible. I just had to discover the secret to finding them! How to Be a No-Limit Person introduced me to Edgar Cayce. All my life, the Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses had taught that spirituality was evil, but I was shocked by Edgar Cayce’s firm belief in God and using his gifts for righteous reasons.
After I finished reading How to Be a No-Limit Person, immediately, I returned to the bookstore in search of more books by Dr. Wayne Dyer. My daughter’s mother was moving into my rearview mirror, and I was looking straight ahead, eager to get on this new spiritual highway I was preparing to travel!
