THE BIG JUMP:
In late spring of that year, I began reading Dr. Wayne Dyer’s self-help books, I broke away from my daughter’s mother’s hold. I felt compelled to move to another level of spiritual practice. I was just getting started as a young music producer and singer. As a result, I became obsessed with calling phone psychics. I wanted to know if I would become a successful artist and producer. I was so obsessed I would run up $1k phone bills calling one psychic hotline after another.
DISCONNECTING THE PHONE PSYCHIC:
Every psychic assured me that I would become a phenomenon but that it would take some time. I wanted to be able to perform personal readings instead of paying 2$ a minute! So, I went to the bookstore and purchased my first tarot deck. After reading about Edgar Cayce, I reasoned that I had nothing to fear studying esoteric information if Jehovah was with me. I was also immediately drawn to the I Ching because of my Ninjutsu practice.

I worked five positions at the Olive Garden, intending to take care of my infant son and daughter and pay for recording studio time. A workmate and friend invited me to move to Houston. Three months later, I was living on Chimney Rock Road in Houston, Texas, with a loving and supportive African-American family who took me in as if I were their son.
THE HARDSHIPS AND SUFFERING OF THE SPIRITUAL PATH:
After a brief and tumultuous relationship with a spoiled Pisces daughter of a world-renowned artist, I lived under a highway for three days towards the end of that year, with only the clothes on my back and my Yamaha mini keyboard. In hindsight, everything I went through was part of my spiritual path. I needed those early experiences because they would concretize faith. My sister hustled the money for a Greyhound ticket to get me back to Columbus. I was still using tarot cards and the I Ching to find guidance and hope during those dark moments. I believed money and fame from a successful music career were just around the corner.
I worked as a phone psychic for several years under the name Aladdin.
THE EARLIEST STAGES OF THE 64 LEVELS OF POWER:
When I got back to Columbus, I told myself there had to be a better way of validating my readings. The tarot explanations provided in books were too vague or confusing. I was still hustling by working at various restaurants and warehouses, paying for my recording studio time, and hoping to make it big to contribute to my son and daughter’s financial well-being.
MYRIADS OF ANGELS:
Fast-forward two years. Two years after returning from Houston, I decided to have a one-on-one reading with a personal psychic. So, I made my appointment and went to a local psychic the next day. When I walked through the door, the medium jumped out of her chair and exclaimed, “IN THE NAME OF JESUS, hundreds of thousands of angels followed you through the doors.”
After composing herself, the medium asked me for my wallet because she required a personal effect to perform the reading. Yet, the medium saw the angels surrounding me when I walked in the door. Again, the experience with the medium was a necessary part of my story because it validated many things later in my spiritual journey.
You can’t unlock Heaven-given spiritual abilities without self-sacrifice and suffering.
THE MEDIUM CONFIRMS MY DESTINY:
The medium told me that I was here to do great work and would have a recording contract by the end of the year. The medium also warned me about family and my then-girlfriend, the mother of two of my sons. The medium was full of joy and excitement during my reading, which got me thinking.
Within less than a month, I had a record contract with a local independent label distributed by a major label. Another supernatural moment occurred the following spring after I signed my record deal. Fifteen minutes before my first single played on Columbus airwaves, my grandmother died, which was no coincidence! My record contract ended, but the experience had seasoned me. I was naïve and innocent-minded until that record contract.
THE CELESTINE PROPHECY:
I began reading the Kabbala but not yet taking it seriously. Then, my uncle Rusty suddenly called me and introduced me to The Celestine Prophecy. I purchased the book immediately. The Celestine Prophecy amazed and fascinated me because it continued confirming my beliefs about spiritual Ninjutsu and everything Dr. Wayne Dyer and Edgar Cayce had spoken in their books. Spiritual power was starting to become both tangible and possible.
One of the principles The Celestine Prophecy introduced was altering one’s perception to see an energy transfer between one’s index fingers. I tried it, and bam, it worked. I also started being able to see auras.
However, the Celestine Prophecy’s vital contribution to my spiritual path was introducing me to the insights! Very shortly after reading about the insights, I started experiencing them. Those insights were partly responsible for helping me elude five assassination attempts while I was a member of the Folk Nation living in Collins, Mississippi, New Orleans, and here in Columbus, Ohio.
