THE ART OF LIFE & DEATH SCRIPT

The Art of Life & Death focuses on my life’s path to illumination, spiritual self-mastery, and all the people and events that helped shape it. I was advised to start the script at one of several crucial turning points on my path: the battle with Asmodeus. By this stage of my spiritual journey, I realized that the supernatural events I experienced could be real. But I still questioned if those events were figments of my imagination or if demons were tricking me. Moreover, fear and insecurity still dominated my life choices.

The events outlined below took place over three years. This outline also serves as the outline for a published book series for The Art of Life & Death.

The 64 Levels of Power plays a fundamental role in the AOLD and is a central theme throughout the movie and series. Every supernatural event that shaped my spiritual path is sewn into the AOLD script.

I: THE EVENTS THAT LED TO THE ASMODEUS BATTLE

Key Events:

  • After twelve years of self-taught Ninjutsu studies, I began understanding certain principles that empowered me and boosted my fighting confidence, a pivotal moment.
  • I had also started using a pendulum, desperately trying to determine if I would sign a record contract. The pendulum deceived me and told me I would sign a contract soon. A year later, I did sign a recording contract with an independent label distributed by the label the pendulum claimed would sign me.
  • I had begun reading the Kabala the previous year. After a demon started choking me, I threw out my occult books and materials. I didn’t realize that seriously studying the Kabala had invoked Pathworking, a Kabalistic principle that forces practitioners to face their darkest fears. Initially, the pendulum opened the demonic gate, not the Kabala.
  •  I started reattending JW meetings, believing it would assist in ridding me of the choking demons. But, I couldn’t receive support because I was disfellowshipped.
  • Going to the meetings didn’t help with the demon because it would choke me at the Kingdom Hall. So, I stopped attending the JW meetings after a few weeks. The choking demon incident occurred a year before confronting Asmodeus.
  • My Uncle Rusty contacted me and introduced me to the Celestine Prophecy. Within a few days, I was practicing the principles in the book (seeing auras and receiving guiding insights). The Celestine Prophecy encouraged me to stick with my spiritual path.
  • I resumed my spiritual studies and started using the Mythic Tarot Deck. I would smoke weed before meditating while listening to my music. The cards would come alive. The grass and water would move, and I felt like I was in the cards, not on this plane of awareness.
  • Using the Mythic Tarot deck, I discovered my past life as a Greek conquerer.
  • My then-girlfriend and mother of two of my sons, ‘L,’ claimed a man with a fedora, trenchcoat, and no legs appeared in a corner of our bedroom, proclaiming he was the devil.
  • The week of the start of the Asmodeus ordeal, “L” and I had a massive argument while her mother was at the apartment. I learned that “L” and her mother had been plotting behind my back.
  • “L’ was and is one girlfriend with whom I had a deep bond. We used to have fun with little to no money. “L” was a hustler. But when I got signed to my record deal, “L” changed. She was no longer supportive. I suspect people started talking in “L’s ear because I was at the studio daily! Eventually, I started getting attention from other females, among other issues,
  • L and I had never argued in our two years together. But events related to my record deal, vindictive secrets, and several other witch-related factors fueled the negative energy in our apartment.
  • After the argument, “L’ claimed I hit her, and some of her male relatives came to the apartment.
  • I punched a hole in the wall to demonstrate what “L’s’ face would have looked like if I had actually hit her. Until that moment, “L” and her family and friends thought I was a weakling, a sucker.
  • After I learned the truth she kept hidden, ‘L’ was afraid I would leave after she was exposed and took some pills in a ‘suicided attempt,’ another factor that negatively charged the apartment and contributed to opening the porthole that Asmodueus slipped through.
  • It seemed like all was well between “L’ and Me. I didn’t realize angels guided me then and that things would change drastically overnight.

II: THE ASMODEUS BATTLE:

  •  I remember hearing a voice telling me that I needed to watch The Exorcist, a movie that had paralyzed me with fear from childhood to that moment. I was advised to rent The Exorcist during my next Blockbuster visit.
  • When we got to Blockbuster, I chickened out and rented the Prophecy instead. Watching the Propechy would eventually illuminate me and answer many questions. But I would have to wait for two weeks to watch the Prophecy.
  • That night, “L” screamed from our room, claiming that a spirit was trying to grope her, initiating the two-week battle against Asmodeus.
  • Please click HERE to read the events surrounding the two-week ordeal battling Asmodeus.

III: THE ASMODEUS BATTLE AFTERMATH:

  • I watched the Prophecy a few days after the battle with Asmodeus ended. That’s when a voice told me that the Prophecy was real and revealed the name YHVH gave me.
  • Once the voice revealed the name God gave me, I understood why the psychic medium told me she saw thousands of angels walking in the door behind me when I came for my session. That same medium assured me I was about to sign a record deal two months before I did.
  • Fighting Asmodeus was necessary to prepare me for a trip to New York the following month (February). I wouldn’t have made the New York Trip if I hadn’t conquered Asmodeus (a demon that sponsors the underworld, gangs, and criminal violence).
  • Ironically, a few years later, I would become an active member of the Folk Nation.

IV: The New York Trip

  • Four months after my first record contract ended (February), “L,” a female managing my career at that moment, my sister, and I went to New York. My sister’s then-boyfriend, Kevin, lived in the Bronx and was close friends with Kid Carpi. I was shopping demos after my record deal, and going to New York was part of that process.
  • We stayed in New Jersey for two days in a motel that faced the Jets stadium. Everything on that New York trip was predestined and crucial to my spiritual path, including staying at the Jersey motel.
  • We visited the restaurant Malcolm-X, and several prominent African-American leaders frequented. I knew those spirits were in that restaurant during that visit because the ambiance was otherworldly.
  • We went to a massive Manhattan Chinatown bookstore where I purchased the Illustrated I Ching (Koh Koh Kiang). The illustrated I Ching became the primary I Ching interpretation I used, even though it was in a comic format. The angels revealed my Chinese past lives while using the Illustrated I Ching.
  • When Kid Carpi came to Columbus a few years later and had it wrapped around his finger, I knew that was no coincidence.
  • The Trip to New York was a spiritual power-up that would be useful later on my path. People who live in cowlick cities and visit big spiritually charged locations like LA, New Orleans, or New York can receive a spiritual boost from interacting with the spirits of those cities, which is what my New York visit did for me.
  • When we returned from New York, I knew my relationship with “L” was nearing its end. I saw too many females in New York looking at me like I was crazy walking beside “L!” But more importantly, the battle with Asmodeus had metamorphosized me.

V: THE NEXT LEVEL OF SPIRITUAL POWER:

  • “L” and I had one last fury-filled fight, and she told me to get out, which I knew was a bluff. By this time, I was sick of the games. My sister and her husband had gotten an apartment right around the corner from the Wedgewood projects, where L and I lived.
  • My sister had been staying with us for a few months. So, my sister and her ex-husband getting that apartment was a spiritually orchestrated event that allowed me to leave what had become an oppressive environment. L was pregnant with our second son, and while leaving pained me because of that, I couldn’t take it anymore.
  • My Sister’s Thai husband introduced me to my then-girlfriend, Micky. I met Micky before I actually moved out of ‘L”s apartment. But I knew the moment my sister’s ex-husband introduced me to Micky, we would start dating.
  • Micky was down to earth, as most Taurus females are. Moreover, Micky was ghetto, even though she was white.
  • When we met, Micky was having a sexual relationship with a guy named Yusef, who, unbeknownst to me, was my dad’s ex-girlfriend Collete’s brother.
  • By chance, I passed Yusef as I left ‘L’s apartment on my way to Micky’s shortly after we met. Yusef’s girlfriend was eyeing me as they passed. Yusef felt some type of way and jumped out of his SUV with a gun, waving it and talking crazy. I had beaten Asmodeus four months earlier, so I was fearless.
  • Two days later, Yusef rang Micky’s doorbell, and I answered the door, which was all a twist of fate. Yusef was shocked and didn’t return to Micky’s apartment.
  • Yusef was known in the streets and considered dangerous. So, the incident was a test that angels orchestrated and demons executed.
  • I purchased Ashida Kim’s Ninja Mind Control book. I started practicing Kuji-Kiri and studying topics like working with hidden spirit masters, something I had already experienced years before.
  • I knew that everything Ashida Kim proposed in Ninja Mind Control was possible based on my experiences after reading The Celestine Prophecy.
  • Micky was working at the Waffle House when I met her. But, after a while, the money wasn’t enough. So, Micky started working as a call girl at a massage parlor run by a Columbus Police officer on West Broad just before Wilson Bridge Road (that is not a fabrication).
  • The massage parlor’s clientele was predominately wealthy businessmen, politicians, and other powerful, perverted white men.
  •  It was hard initially spiritually, but Mickey made anywhere from $700 to $2k a night. Mickey working as a call girl didn’t affect our relationship.
  • Micky’s dad had raped her from the time she was five until she ran away at fifteen. Micky, a German-American female, had abnormal-sized breasts, and I wondered if it had to do with her getting pregnant before she was twelve and having had so many abortions.
  •  A month later, my cousin Johnny “Q-Dog was murdered in Zanesville for the same behavior Yusef demonstrated the day he was menacing with his gun.
  • Micky knew my cousin Johnny when he sold drugs in Newark, Ohio. Micky was originally from Newark.
  •  I had picked Micky up from work the morning of Johnny’s murder, and we walked home. When we got in (around 3:45 am), the phone was ringing weirdly, almost otherworldly. When I answered the phone, my dad told me my cousin had been murdered.
  • You can read the other supernatural events surrounding my cousin’s murder HERE.

VI: MOVING TO MISSISSIPPI

  • My cousin’s killing further changed me, opening a dormant side of my psyche. All those years of my studying to be a killer and assassin (Shinobi/Ninjutsu) had kicked into high gear.
  • I plotted to kill my cousin Johnny’s murderers. But they found one of the killers dead in a ditch a few days later, and the other fled back to New York. Somebody else got to Johnny’s murderers before the thought settled in my mind.
  • I grew up like my mother’s people. But my father’s side of the family, which I’m more tuned to, took over, and I would need that streetwise energy when I moved to Mississippi.
  • I started burgling junkyards for copper and valuables with my dad to get the money to move to Mississippi.
  • One day, Mickey and I walked to an ice cream parlor on Sullivant Avenue. Returning to our apartment, we took the back streets because Micky’s breasts were so big that people might have thought I was pimping and stopped trying to solicit a date.
  • We walked past a house with vines growing on the side with a cobblestone wall. I’ll never forget hearing that I would meet and battle more demons and devils at several crossroads when I got down south. I wasn’t phased in the least. But little did I know that omen would come true.
  • We hustled a large U-Haul, packed it, and moved to Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Hattiesburg is a beautiful small town located about 69 miles from Gulfport. Gulfport is equally as captivating as Hattiesburg. If you visit Gulfport, you won’t think you are in Mississippi.
  • Initially, my dad lived up to his promise of acting as manager. Dad got my music onto a few radio stations in central Mississippi, which drew the attention of many.
  • But my dad also promised that he and his girlfriend had bought three houses in Hattiesburg, which was quite probable considering the property value of those houses.
  • However, my dad, his pregnant girlfriend, and her daughter moved into a house and left us at his girlfriend’s aunt Lizzy’s house. We stayed with Ms. Lizzy for nearly three months.
  • Eventually, Micky and I rented a shack from Ms. Lizzy for two hundred dollars a month. Micky started working at Odd Lots, and I was working on music. But we fixed that shack up and made it feel like home.
  • I realized that I was connecting with powerful Native American spirits. Mississippi has a strong Native American spirit presence. Moreover, my Native American roots started to dominate. Many supernatural events took place while living on Gulfport Street in Hattiesburg.

VII: THE DEADLY SECRET:

  • Everything was starting to go well until my dad was arrested for statutory rape after the police caught him having sex with his then-girlfriend’s twelve-year-old daughter. I had been having visions that my dad was behaving inappropriately.
  • My dad had been taking trips with Nancy’s daughter to Columbus. On several occasions, while staying with Ms. Lizzy, Nancy woke out of dreams, screaming in the dead of night when my dad and her daughter had traveled to Columbus.
  •  On another occasion, Nancy claimed a terrifying angel appeared with three sets of wings. Ms. Lizzy’s dead, old, dirty husband’s spirit used to watch Micky and my Sister take showers and brush past them.
  • After the police arrested my dad, I heard one of Nancy’s nephews talking to another in our living room about killing my dad. At that point, I knew the court system would punish my dad.
  • So I checked the nephew and told him nobody would touch my dad. I was sympathetic to Nancy, my dad’s then-girlfriend and mother of his youngest son.
  • But there were three black clergymen in Hattiesburg guilty of the same violation as my dad, and they never did a lick of time. The community overlooked those Martin Luther King Junior types when they committed sexual offenses. One of those clergymen’s fifteen-year-old victims even had a baby.
  • Nancy’s relatives knew I was dangerous (with my hands and feet) because I let them and the entire neighborhood watch me practice hand-to-hand combat, throwing knives, axes, and Shuriken. I wasn’t a gangster yet. But I was on my way.
  • I was 800+ miles from Columbus and any gangster relatives. But If I had mentioned Nancy’s nephew’s threats to several cousins and uncles, Hattiesburg would have been crawling with Crips. My dad was convicted and received ten years in Parchment prison.

VIII: THE SOUTHERN FUNKY BUNCH:

  • I was putting together a group I called the Southern. Funky Bunch (SFB).
  • WJMG enabled me to reach out to the community to hold auditions and find singers and dancers for the SFB. Renell was another relative of my dad’s ex-wife, Nancy. So, I already knew Renell, who had a dance group. My brother Carlos was part of Renell’s group, the Hocket Boys.
  • I met my brother Carlos in September of that year. The Hocket Boys was a group of rappers, singers, and dancers managed by an older black female named Maggie.
  • Carlos is a character, so he was wearing a huge Dr. Sues’s Cat in the Hat hat when I met him. Carlos reminded me of The Thing (The Fantastic Four) because he was big but solid. Carlos and I clicked immediately.
  • Ms. Maggie was connected to the notorious Bud Holmes, Bus Cooke, and Glen White. Maggie booked us into several events and set up a meeting with Glen White at his plantation-styled law office. With Maggie’s backing, we started getting a lot of notice.
  • We practiced for a month and performed at a USM black frat and sorority event. The Hocket Boys chickened out and froze after seeing a crowd of attractive black females and jealous frat males. I didn’t freeze and put on a stellar vocal performance with a young protegee named Quadry.
  • After the USM fiasco, the Hocket Boys tried to get me to pay their College campus rent, and I told them they better hock some of that jewelry and pay their own rent, which was the end of the Southern Funky Bunch.
  • However, Maggie was still working with Carlos and me.

IX: A DIVINELY ORCHESTRATED ADDITION:

  • We met J-Dog through Victor ‘Vic Fresh’ Floyd. Vic Fresh’s dad, Mr. Vernon C. Floyd, owned WJMG and allowed young black artists to be heard on his platform. We knew Vic, and J-Dog was one of Vic’s homeboys. One day, J-Dog was at WJMG while Carlos and I were there, another of many divinely orchestrated moments.
  • J-dog was a party DJ whose dad had passed recently and left him an inheritance. Moreover, J-Dog became a founding member of BTG and every incarnation in between.
  • J-Dog used some of his inheritance money to purchase high-end keyboards and recording equipment that allowed us to record music at will.
  • J-Dog signed up, and the next thing we knew, we were all hanging together, preparing to leave Mississippi.
  • The relationship with Victor Fresh and BTG allowed us to create music and put it on 92.1. We could leave a recording session and take a CD to Vic, and he would put it on the radio.
  • The first attempt to kill me at Club Gemini happened next ( three weeks before we escaped Mississippi). Ms. Maggie was connected to almost every influential person in Hattiesburg and Mississippi, including a shady deputy sheriff named Hightower, who owned club Gemini.
  • Maggie booked us into several events and set up a meeting with Glen White at his plantation-styled law office. Carlos, J-Dog, and I attended that meeting. After the meeting, White told Maggie, “You better hold on to that one,” referring to me. I gathered I was too outspoken and no-nonsensical for White.
  • Ms. Maggie helped organize the first Southern Funky Bash at the Sugarhill Night Club. Maggie also got us the first Gemini Club gig (the second Gemini appearance was the first attempt on my life).

X: CLUB GEMINI SET UP:

  • I began using an ax handle like a fighting staff in my stage routines. I would work the ax handle while rapping and singing, demonstrating how I would use it to disarm multiple opponents if confronted. I used the ax handle as part of our first Gemini appearance.
  • The second Gemini appearance we made, something felt off immediately.
  • There were two gorilla-sized deputy sheriffs working security at the door.
  • I heard a voice tell me to enter the dimly lit coat room to my right. Once I entered the coat room, I saw a guy pull a .380 out, look at the gun, then look back at the funny-built deputy sheriff who owned the club and nod. The deputy sheriff was behind the bar.
  • There were two other black males in the billiard room. The fool with the gun taped it beneath the billiards table. I emerged from the coat room, approached Carlos and J-Dog, and told them what I saw. So, that would be the assassin, and his compadres would have been ambushed to swish cheese.
  • The fool with the gun emerged from the pool room and started trying to be cool with Carlos, not realizing he was my homeboy. We finished the show and left Gemini’s.
  • I had been confronting and dealing with Hattiesburg’s toughest, most dangerous. But by this point, their wicked intentions began to show. I was now in the same predicament my cousin Johnny was in just before he was murdered in Zanesville, which he was trying to tell me from the spirit world for weeks.

XII: PREPARING TO ESCAPE MISSISSIPPI:

  • After the final Gemini appearance and hit attempt, I knew I was living on borrowed time.
  •  My sister’s ex-husband, Kaz, began acting as a promoter. Kaz’s gift for gab and likable personality made him the perfect representative. Kaz started corresponding with an AVERIX clothing line rep (or so he claimed).
  • According to Kaz, the AVERIX rep said that if we made it to New York, we could get a clothing sponsorship.
  • Terrified of the threat of being murdered alongside me, Micky fled Hattiesburg first with her cat, Yada. Micky left all the furniture she brought to Mississippi.

XII: ESCAPE FROM MISSISSIPPI

  • So, we had a yard sale and raised enough money to leave Mississippi, selling all of the furniture Miky left in the wake of her flight. Carlos cut hair, and his pops gave him some money, which made it possible for us to get to Columbus.
  • When we reached Columbus, AVERIX had suddenly changed its mind. We had been publicizing AVERIX’s offer on the radio before we left. Possibly, one of those influential people who plotted to kill me interfered with that deal.
  • When we got to Columbus, there were six people in a hotel room we could only afford for two days. I heard a spirit suggest calling my Uncle Greg and asking him if we could crash in his basement.
  • Greg is my murdered cousin Johnny’s dad. Uncle Greg had just remodeled a family-owned house I lived in as a child. Moreover, Greg had entered negotiations to purchase a duplex unbeknownst to us.
  • For two weeks, my sister and I gave blood daily to buy enough food for each day, a Nickel-sack of weed, and two Forties.
  • Eventually, Uncle Greg let us move into one of the duplexs. Those early days were challenging but fun and full of supernatural events.
  • My sister started working at Arab-owned hood stores and was paid cash daily. So we could get more food and buy enough weed to record and enjoy the music we created.
  • After about a month, J-Dog, my brother Carlos, and I traveled back and forth from Mississippi. Carlos was a popular barber who used his mother’s front room as his barbershop. So we’d leave on Thursday, Carlos would cut hair on Friday and Saturday, and we’d return to Columbus on Sunday. We did that every week for about two months.
  • We didn’t mind the traveling because we were living on dreams and could play recently recorded music during the trip. I wrote hundreds and hundreds of tracks, and we recorded several times daily.
  • The pinnacle of that moment was the Keep the Peace Ralley we did with the Columbus Police in October of that year. The local news covered the story. My Uncle Keith was acting as our manager at that moment and was actually making some things happen.
  • A wealthy, seedy Jewish businessman connected to my Uncle was interested in investing in BTG. But I was too headstrong for the businessman we called Pimpsy Gringo. Pimpsy Gringo owned property in the Short North
  • At that moment, BTG was known as the Five Dragon Clan. My past life connection to Asia and martial arts played a role in choosing Blacc Dragon Productions, 5 Dragon Clan, and Blacc Triad Gangsters as names and titles.
  •   I changed the name from 5 Dragon Clan after becoming Folks. Carlos was already GD. My Uncle Keith and cousins Q-Dog, Maleke, and his brothers were all Crips. So, we rolled Folks because I had Crip cousins, and Carlos’ brother was BG.
  • By this time, I was GD Folks. My gangster inauguration involved my Uncle Kieth and one of his lieutenants, Big Kaz, who officialized my induction into the streets.
  • After a meeting between Keith and Big Kaz, Keith put the Pitchfork on my back, which is street witchcraft. I kid you not. From that moment forward, I felt invincible and untouchable.

XIII: The Formation of BTG: Blacc Triad Gangsters

 Key Points:

  • By this point, we stayed in Mississippi for weeks at a time.
  • We started planning another Southern Funky Bunch at a club called CITY LIGHTS. We were called RNC at this point (Real Niggaz Click).
  • RNC had a very successful packed show at  CITY LIGHTS. G’s from all over central Mississippi packed the club. We performed our first big song as RNC, Dem Big Time Niggas.
  • The black masons who owned Sugar Hill cheated us out of money. Sugar Hill was the first club Ms. Maggie booked for the Southern Funky Bash.
  • Keith Sweat came to Sugar Hill after we promoted the event for weeks.
  • We knew something was up when a popular, then WJMG DJ name DJ Bum Bum pleaded with me not to go on air and call out the black Masons who owned Club Sugarhill.
  •  We had started blowing up in Mississippi and the Dirty South. So, we knew all about Keith Sweat coming to Sugarhill and why he was coming.

XIV: Beginning of the 64 Levels of Power

Key Moments:

  • We had been staying at my Uncle Greg’s duplex for about a month (May to June) before moving into Greg’s ghetto duplex.
  • One day, I heard a voice admonishing me to record in journals everything I did. At this point, I thought many supernatural-orientated events I experienced were figments of my imagination. However, I often followed my intuitions and premonitions, which were always right.
  • I was always in spiritual counsel, even while recording music. The duplex Uncle Greg let stay in had three full-sized bedrooms. But the other BTG members camped out in the front living room.
  • My room was upstairs. I was meditating and performing automatic writing in my room when I wasn’t recording. We didn’t have air conditioning, so my room was a sauna.
  • I would look at the cards during meditation and write for hours. Towards the fall, I moved the recording equipment to my room to record between meditations or listen to my work while meditating.
  • Initially, my journals were sloppy and chaotic. I learned later that those messy journals were automatic writing sessions, which is now apparent.
  • At this point, I wanted to find a way to validate my readings and the guiding voices. Creating a logical checks and balances system would be the best way to accomplish my objectives.
  • I knew that alchemy was real. I was introduced to Alchemy through Ninjutsu at thirteen. However, I didn’t begin studying Ninjustu until I was fifteen.
  • But mastering the I Ching was my official jump into alchemy, the fundamental principle of the I Ching (elemental combinations).
  • The angels began providing elemental combinations for everything ( I have all the original documents). Those elemental combinations allow me to break any situation down into complex but fundamental correlations.

XV: THE BEGINNING OF THE END of THE BEGINNING:

  • The 5 Dragon Clan (BTG) began drawing significant attention in Columbus and Mississippi.
  • However, my record deal with a local independent label didn’t end positively. It became evident that influential people in Columbus were trying to snuff our light, and I strongly suspected it was connected to that record label and its attorney.
  • I also suspected that Power 106 was working concertedly to extinguish the shine 5 Dragon Clan was receiving. I wasn’t concerned with Power 106 because we received airplay in Hattiesburg and plenty of attention in the south.
  • WJMG DJ Vic Fresh exposed us to other industry personnel and connected us to pivotal, career-changing individuals like Source Magazine writer Charlie Braxton. Braxton lived in Hattiesburg. Charlie let us listen in to an interview with 8 Ball and MJG. Going to Charlie Braxton’s apartment was another supernatural blessing power up.
  • While staying in Uncle Greg’s basement, we met a rapper named Isiah, who went by the name I&J. I&J had recently been honorable and discharged from the Army. J-Dog had also served in the Navy and was stationed in Norfolk, Virginian. I&J was a skilled rapper with a New York rapping style and accent (even though he was from Columbus).
  • I let I&J perform on several tracks and solo projects. I&J was genuinely righteous, raised by a strong, religous black mother. I&J was selling music as a hustle when we met him. Little did we know that I&J would be the reason we survived a blizzard with little money.
  • J-Dog, Los, and I were still going back and forth from Mississippi to Columbus. On one trip, we were going to Mississippi on I-65, passing through Tennessee. We were behind a semi that was carrying huge tractor tires. J pulled over in the fast lane. As he switched lanes, one of those tires fell off the back of the truck and bounced once over the car and onto oncoming traffic. It looked as if something had unlatched the tire. However, we knew the incident was supernatural.

XVI: KEEP THE PEACE RALLY:

  • Around September, my Uncle Keith started organizing the Keep the Peace Ralley. I found it strange that Keith, a street hood, was willing to work with the police. However, everything made sense when Keith started talking about rubbing elbows with then-mayor Michael Coleman.
  • Keith was connected to all types of people, which made the Keep the Peace Ralley a success. Kieth lived across the street from the Station 7 Buckeye Fire Station in the Short North. So, planning a rally at Station #7 was easy.

XVII: TESTS OF FAITH:

  • Fall was kicking in. After we did the Keep the Peace event, J-Dog, Los, and my sister started doing temp work at Abbot Foods. We didn’t have to pay rent or utilities. We could tell the situation was coming to its zenith when the temp assignment ended.
  • By November, we didn’t have running water. So, we would get massive jugs and fill them up in my Uncle Greg’s backyard. Uncle Greg lived three doors down, which was convenient.
  • One day, we had twenty dollars left to get food for the day. J-Dog and I went to Krogers in the Northern Lights Shopping Center. I folded the twenty-dollar bill and put it in my pants pocket. When we got to the checkout, I searched my pants and couldn’t find the twenty-dollar bill.
  • We left Krogers, and I was fuming because I knew a spirit had taken that money out of my pocket. Just before we passed Aldis, I heard, “Check your pocket!” The twenty dollars was in my pocket. Aldis was having a sale, and we could get twice as much with the twenty dollars.
  • Many supernatural events happened while we lived on E 18th in my Uncle Greg’s duplex.
  • By December, we had nothing. We were hustling our music to get food. I was working on our first big project entitled Dirty South Midwest Outlaws. Isiah (I&J), his girlfriend, and her son were evicted from their duplex, the same 18th Avenue duplex on 18th my parents lived when I was about two or three.
  • We didn’t have any water or heat. But we had a Kerosene heater. We let I&J and his family stay with us. A blizzard hit in December. I&J would walk in the blizzard to the Sunoco on Cleveland and 23rd and hustle our music.
  • I&J would sell at least thirty dollars of music daily in the blizzard, giving us food, kerosene, a blunt, and a five-pack of CDs. We prayed, hoping I&J would return with money, and every time, he did.
  • In January of the following year, we hustled our music in bars, which we did until early spring. J, Miki, Los, I&J, and Maili took a trip to Mississippi to sell music, which was highly successful. We then realized we could make music and earn money from it.
  • We lived off selling our music until around late March or early April.

XVIII: MOVING TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF POWER:

  • Every decision we made was based on the oracles I performed and shared with everybody.
  • The oracles suggested returning to Mississippi and setting up shop. Carlos’ barbering was still in demand, and we could sell music from the shop.
  •  I still documented everything natural and supernatural in journals as the angels instructed. I had no idea that a few years later, those journals would hold any real significance.
  • I captivated people by performing detailed readings, moving necklaces and metallic objects with my mind while others held the object, and demonstrating Ninjutsu techniques to packed customers in the barbershop.
  • By this stage, a female program director at WJMG agreed to shop our demos to record labels. LaDonna was connected to several labels and a former WJMG DJ who moved to Atlanta named Greg Street. The industry games and BS started immediately, so we cut ties with LaDonna and decided to stay independent.
  • The dynamics changed, and the beginning of a new path emerged.
  • I dated Carlos’s cousin D from Philly on his dad’s side the previous summer. D had two sons and moved out of C’s mama’s house into the projects in Collins, Mississippi.
  • My Maili sister was staying at D’s apartment. D and Maili started stripping, and we knew nothing about it. Maili had turned a hole-in-the-wall truckstop stripping joint on I-49 into a popping attraction. Everybody in the hood talked about it, which is how J, Carlos, and I found out.
  • The silver lining to Maili stripping was that she played our music and had routines based on the tracks I produced solely for her.

XIX: NEW ORLEANS THIEVERY:

  • I had my signature production style that people called Get ‘Em music.
  • We had been mixing our songs at a Hattiesburg recording studio owned by a down-to-earth country singer. The country singer sold the studio to a reverend from New Orleans with a record label called Criminal Records. The ‘good reverend’ misinterpreted scripture, claiming Jesus was a criminal when he was an outlaw.
  • We noticed that every time we finished a mixing session at the Criminal Records studio, the reverend and his family would immediately close up shop and head to New Orleans. We found BTG music in a Peaches store in New Orleans while promoting another BTG release two years later. We’d never been to New Orleans and hadn’t authorized anyone to put our music in Peaches.
  • New Orleans artists had thier own unique signature. Yet, suddenly, Cash Monkey went from that signature sound to sounding a lot like BTG, production-wise.
  • A few years later, we booked a show in Hattiesburg at the VWF. We promoted that VFW show for four weeks.
  • On the day of the performance, one of Carlos’ cousins came up to the barbershop and told us that he’d heard on the radio that Cash Monkey was performing at the VFW instead. Cash Monkey, working with Hattiesburg powers, bribed the VFW.
  • The next thing we knew, Cash Monkey was signing with Universal Records.

XX: EPILOGUE:

BTG would become entangled in the evil and dark underworld for the next three years. I had no idea I would survive four more assassination attempts, have to escape New Orleans before Katrina hit, and then leave the underworld behind, only to begin a new, more dangerous battle against the evilest villains, the government, law enforcement, and corporate America.

BTG would also fragment. Leaving only two original members fighting the government: the corrupt municipal powers of Columbus, Ohio, the entertainment industry, and religious clergy with no one but Heaven and themselves.

But those harrowing years were the foundation of putting the 64 Levels of Power to the Scientific Method and opening a new level of spiritual gifts. That battle and its journey is content for the next installment of The Art of Life & Death.
